Rates do not include final cleaning fees, which total 25 Euros for Olivo, Ligustro, Ginepro, and Salcio apartments, 40 Euros for Sulla, and 50 Euros for Tiglio.

The week before the long weekends of 01 May, 01 November, 08 December, and 25 April are considered mid-season.

A booking for one week for two people in Ligustro, Salcio, Ginepro, and Olivo apartments receives a 100 Euro discount in mid-season and 50 Euro discount in high and low seasons.

Rates include all ancillary services apart from the coin-operated laundry.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is possible to book your stay directly with Il Podere il Tigliolo by telephone at (+39)347.717.3287 (Paolo) or (+39)333.391.1739 (Francesco), by email at info@iltigliolo.it), or by completing the form located on the website under the heading “Info” on the left side of the Home Page.

Bookings require a deposit of 30% of the total stay, payable by wire transfer, money order, or PayPal. Confirmation of payment must made by email atinfo@iltigliolo.it within five (5) working days of the booking request. Requests will be voided if payment confirmation is not received in that time period. Balance is due upon arrival.

Check-in is between 16:00 and 19:00. Early or late arrivals must be reported by telephone at (+39)347.717.3287 (Paolo) or (+39)333.391.1739 (Francesco).

Check-out is by 10:00 unless previously arranged with management.

In high season, weekly stays are from Saturday to Saturday only. During other periods, weekly stays are by arrangement.

There is a minimum stay of two (2) nights.

Wire transfers are to be made payable to Il Tigliolo S.a.s., specifying the day of arrival and name of booked apartment in the memo section.
