Booking implies a 30% deposit, which can be sent via bank transfer or postal order. The receipt of the deposit must be sent via fax to the following number: +39 0577 369300, within 5 days from the booking, otherwise your booking could be cancelled.
RULES
The total sum must be paid at your arrival. We only accept cash or cheques (please notice that there is an extra-charge of 10% on rent prices on international cheques).
At your arrival you will have to leave a 50€ deposit.
Arrivals are strictly from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Any delay must be promptly communicated to the owners calling the following numbers: 347-7173287 (Paolo) or 333-3911739 (Francesco).
Departure time is within 10 a.m.
Week stays are meant from Saturday to Saturday during high season; we can agree on other possibilities in low season.
A minimal stay is meant for 2 nights.
