Weddings in Val d’Orcia & Ceremonies
Il Podere il Tigliolo in the gorgeous Val d’Orcia natural park is the ideal place to celebrate your wedding with friends and relatives. In addition to what is available on our property, there are two other holiday homes located a few hundred meters away that can host around twenty additional guests. Our property is sub-divided into six apartments; the adjacent holidays homes have three and four apartments respectively. With more than a decade of experience in the hospitality sector, we are able to assist you with every detail, helping you to organize and spend an unforgettable week with your loved ones.In addition to your stay, we can also arrange wedding receptions (with external catering) and, upon request, guided mountain biking, hiking, and horse riding excursions on the trails of the Val d’Orcia.
Wedding reception rates are to be agreed upon with the catering company, usually varying from 80 to 120 Euros per person depending on the menu, decor, and wines. Dinners can accommodate groups of up to 35 people within a gorgeous 19th century hall or around the pool. For larger groups, dinners can be organized poolside or at a restaurant located 7 km from our property.
The bride and groom can decide where to hold the wedding ceremony. The most suitable locations in terms of historical beauty are in the town halls of Pienza, San Quirico d’Orcia, and Montalcino, or on our property.
