Highway A1 southward (towards Rome), leave it in Firenze Certosa.

From Florence to Siena (60 km) (60 Km): Highway Firenze-Siena, turn right just after leaving A1 in Firenze Certosa.
Follow the highway Firenze-Siena and leave it in South Siena (Siena Sud). Follow the signs to Rome (SS 2 Cassia) or to Montalcino, Buonconvento.
From Siena to San Quirico d’Orcia (50 Km):    in order to reach San quirico from Siena it is necessary to follow the SS 2 Cassia southward in the direction of Rome. Following this road you will pass through the following villages: Isola d’Arbia, Buonconvento, Torrenieri, San Quirico d’Orcia.
From San Quirico to "Tigliolo" (8 km) (8 Km): leave the Cassia following the signs that lead to the village of San Quirico. Follow the signs to Ripa d’Orcia (Castello di Ripa d’Orcia) that you will find in the village (near the Coop, a big supermarket) . Just after leaving the village the street becomes a country road (a white road); after 1.5 km you will find a road on your left (it leads to Vignoni), but do not turn, go ahead! After 1 km, you will find a road on your right, turn right leaving the main road and follow the signs to "Tigliolo". After 4.8 km of a winding road that goes down the valley, you will reach "Tigliolo" (always follow the signs).  

From Firenze to San Quirico d'Orcia: : highway A1 southward (in the direction of Rome). Leave it at Valdichiana exit. Drive towards Montepulciano following SS 326 (about 20 km); from Montepulciano follow the signs to Pienza and from there to San Quirico d’Orcia.
From San Quirico to "Tigliolo": see above.

From Rome to San Quirico: Highway A1 northway (in the direction of Florence). Leave it at Chiusi-Chianciano. Drive towards Montepulciano along the road SS 146 (about 20 km); from Montepulciano follow the signs to Pienza and from there to San Quirico d’Orcia.
